Alright, so I was cloning a pretty large amount of games from my drive to a friend's drive so I left it running for a little while. When I came back, Windows was reporting C: Drive was running out of space. Turns out the program was making up temp files of the games I wanted to copy, and I had to interrupt the cloning process since WBFS Manager couldn't create anymore. Now, I've gone from 70 GB of free space down to 6 GB, and there doesn't seem to be any trace of the WBFS Manager's files anywhere to get rid of. In so far, a System Restore hasn't solved my problem, so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas.

Spot the difference.

And why in the world would System Restore help? It CLEARLY STATES it does not make changes to your personal files.
