So due to a USB loader malfunction [I tried to temporarily rename a game ID], the entry for Resident Evil Archives on my WBFS drive has gone missing. I believe the ISO data itself is still there, but the game will not show up in any USB loader or WBFS software on my PC, because there is no title/game ID data anymore. I know this because soon after the error occurred, I opened up my WBFS drive in WinHex and browsed through the title entries. Towards the end of the list, in the section where Resident Evil should have been listed [due to the chronological order that I ripped my games], there was instead an entry for Geometry Wars: Galaxies, which I had ripped earlier this evening. After that, the chronological order resumes, with the titles that I had ripped a week ago after Resident Evil. So the order is something like this [generalized]: Game 1 Game 2 Game 3 Game 7 [should be Resident Evil but is now Geo Wars] Game 5 Game 6 This leads me to believe that the Resident Evil title sectors were completely erased. However, I am guessing that the ISO data remains on the drive, taking up needless space because it can't be accessed. My question is, how can I either add the Resident Evil title data once more [without adding the ISO again and thus doubling the amount of space the game should take on the drive], or erase the ISO data in order to start over from scratch? I am way out of my league with hex editing and appreciate any tips or ideas, however rudimentary they might seem. Note: I do not have a spare drive to copy over the remaining ISOs and reformat, so that is not currently an option.
