Warning: Failed (2) to get IMU calibration!

This error always displays when I try to dump joycon pairing info in Hekate.
Both joy-cons have been paired in HOS, with both control sticks and motion controls recalibrated for both.
Both of these are official Nintendo joy-cons.
The SD card is completely new and passed a h2testw test. It is formatted to FAT32.

It seems that you must successfully pair and calibrate the JoyCons on the SysNand at least once :

The creates some information stored on the joycon afaik.
(Sysnand is the stock firmware without the CFW/Emummc.)

This is exactly what I've done though, and it still throws this error.
