Its really not that hard, just work on your aim....after playing a while, its hard not to get 4 sticks just out of blind luck.

Are you talking about the Black Ops perk? It's really not that hard to rack up the kills, or the semtex/frag kills.

Just randomly throw your semtex or frag at a 'hot spot', and you'll eventually get that multi-kill. It's easier to do on a smaller map like Nuketown, right at the beginning of the match, throw your semtex over to the other team's spawn area, and you'll likely catch a group trying to make their way out of the alley by the houses.
