Homebrew Warioware DIY on an emulator?

It plays fine on No$Zoomer/GBA with the "black screen fix" code, but it won't save. Is there a DS emulator that will run DIY that can handle the save?

you could try with desmume and automatic save type

Nope, DeSmuME crashes after you tap "yes this is the time". iDeaS crashes before the Nintendo logo, and I don't expect NeonDS to work since it was last updated two years ago. That covers all the active emulators in the sticky.

I was mostly asking if anyone found a way to make them work with the existing versions of emulators.

Haven't tried saving yet however you can always use save states.

The game works flawlessly in developer builds of Desmume, but it still can't save.
