Hacking Want to completely format jailbroken ps vita

Hey guys... I decided my sd2vita isn't working and has made my ps vita shit and I want to completely factory reset it... I tried doing it through safe mode but when it reopens it says that the memory card is corrupt and that it needs to format... and then WHEN I DO It AGAIN! it doesn't and just repeats the process... please help me!

Henkaku is but isn't on there and isn't downlaoding, vitashell is on there because someone told me to put the application storage mangager onto internal memory and I just want to fix it!!!

I suggest full system format (and memory card).
After you turn it on, just click cancel (if it asks you to reformat memory card) and go to the henkaku website and install henkaku. It will work.
This happened to me multiple times when I was playing with SD2Vita.
