Now that this topic is up, I have a quick question about dsiware on an sd card: I understand that you are able to copy dsiware from the system to an sd card. Are you able to play them off an sd card? Because I cant! Im using a micro sd card in an sd card reader. Would this have effect?
Anyone know?

DSi hacking is primitive right now huh....
How long did it take flash carts to reasonable work on the Gamboy Advance? The Nintendo DS? Compare these to the DSi.

The thing just came out and there are already backup loaders for it. Weather they work for DSi hardware specific games remains to be seen, but even if you expect DSiware to be hacked and fed to you you have to wait duder.


Technically and historically private DSi hacking is very advanced for the allotted time frame. It's in its infancy as is the system itself, but it's hard to say primitive.

The point it demonstrates is that simple questions like the one you just asked can be solved by using the google search engine.

No worries, I wanted to format it anyways, I didn't care for anything like the games I have already bought. BTW, nice try, but do you think Nintendo is as stupid as you think?

If you bought them, yes. You can delete them off that system and download them to that system as many times as you want, similar to the Wii. If you format the system it doesn't do a true "format" and thew tickets (or DSi equivalent) are intact.
