I used the updater to go to 4.0 then I downgraded back to 3.2U with any region changer 1.1. Does that mean that all the ios are updated and they've remained updated. Since I downgraded did anything uninstall, I had softmiied my Wii and I had all the Cios so is there anything that i might have to reinstall. Also what happens when you uses ios downgrader because i opened it to see what it did and it said something about ios 12
IOS Downgrader does just that. It downgrades all the System IOS's. Put quite frankly you have to reinstall everything for sofmii. It was all wiped by the downgrade.
