1. Its not only the Americans that downloaded the programm and whatever
2. I believe it was one "beta tester" that leaked the programm and gave everyone acces to it so why blame everyone else ?
If someone would give you 50$ would you say "no i do not want it because you are not allowed to give me what someone else gave you!" ?

Well, he was basically doing something to help piracy.. them he was "pirated" and got all whinny as he wasn't expecting that..
He's not the only person in the scene, if he found the exploit, eventually someone else will find it too (if I remember well, someone already found it some months ago but decided not to use it).. now he's acting like he's the only person that can do it.. so, he can go fuck himself.

To be honest most of the Americans did the complaining due to the fact that it doesn't work on NTSC without having component cables.
