help im having a bit of problem with waninkoko's ios downgrader v1.0 (new app) when i push A, it tells me to press any key to restart. shouldn't it install something?

so it's a one time installation thing? becuz i went to use anytitle deleter and removed ios255 and ios254, arn't those ios downgrader files? well i tired to get ios255 and ios254 back and got nowhere, read top post. thanks.
