Homebrew Walk Anywhere Code - [NOT WORKING]

I activate the "Walk Anywhere" code and nothing else. I hold R + B as the instructions state, and yet I cannot walk through walls!
=(
It's weird how it worked a few days ago, and now it's playing up...
