Homebrew Wagh! Gamecube Controller question

When I use Nintendont, I usually use my gamecube controller and use a gamecube adapter. Sometimes, when I launch Nintendont, I can't control anything with it. I launch Nintendont using a wii remote or classic controller. Sometimes it does work though?

No problem. There's a strict order to which controller is player 1 etc, and it's based on the type of controller and their order after that.
