Here's the version I use, think I should share it there since the other thread was closed:
With this version, installation of WADS from SD is faster and supports SDHC as long as they are formatted using FAT (FAT16/FAT32)

ADDED FEATURES
**************

+SDHC support (simply modified the code to compile with the last versions of libfat/libogc)
+Faster SDCARD read access (compiled to a patched libfat that uses readahead cache)

Sourcecode included (require a patched libfat to compile though)

Zip is coming back as corrupt, anyone else havinga problem with the download?

EDIT: Nevermind, must have been a problem with alzip

None of the wad managers in this thread work for me. I have a 16GB Kingston Class 4 SDHC card. When using the wad managers on this thread I get initializing libfat ... OK retreiving device contents ... ERROR! (ret = -1)

Any suggestions?

Try using WAD Manager 1.4 or one of the enhanced/mod version of 1.4 (i.e. Sorg's)

Sorry should have included this in my first post ... I have tried both of those as well. I was able to get a WAD to install correctly one day with Sorgs enhanced mod but went back to it another day with never using the wii and it wouldn't work. Is the SDHC support really that picky?

The HD has to be formatted with FAT32 right? I could do that with my USB memory stick and then copy to SD in the wii system menu.
