Hacking WAD to DOL?

I'm trying to convert a WAD file to a DOL file. The reason is, I saw JoostinOnline's HBC forwarders on HacksDen and I thought they looked pretty cool. I installed one, but it just booted back into the system menu. I guess it's because it looks for HAXX and JODI, but not LULZ. So I got my original Homebrew Channel and dumped the WAD to my SD card with YABDM (Yet Another BlueDump Mod). So I'm planning to get JoostinOnline's forwarders and put the Homebrew Channel (1.1.2, titleid LULZ) DOL in replacement of the other one (titleid HAXX and JODI).

So I basically need something that can convert WAD files to DOL files.

You don't convert a wad to dol.
the wad is a container, inside is the dol.
You need to unpack/edit/repack it.

But, I'm pretty sure Joostin's forwarders are looking for LULZ.
It's probably because you installed vWii version on Wii?

You can convert vWii <-> Wii by replacing a file in the wad, no need to edit the dol.
If you want to know how to do it, check the "forwarders are back" in wiiU section, replace the nand loader with one from another wii forwarder.
