Hacking Wad Manager worked now doesn't in 4.0

Last night I decided to update to menu 4.0
installed everything fine in this order:

1. cIOS36_rev9-Installer.dol

2. Firmware update 4.0 (waninoko's)

3. IOS60 Patcher

4. USB-Loader_v1.1


Everything installed perfectly, and everything even the wad manager 1.3 worked fine last night. Shut it off then today I wanted to install the USB Loader channel wad and I get this:

Any clues the SD card is 4gig Transcend got form Newegg....works fantastic on everything I have, not sure if its the card or did i do something bad? I followed one of the more recent guides i could find. I searched but have yet to find something like my issue. Thank you for any and all help I know everyone is busy.

Just to add I restarted the Wii a bunch of times last night and the wad manager was still running fine.....just odd. Do you think backing up my SD contents and formating it again would help any?

you must not have installed something ios/cios cos i just installed the 1.1 usb channel using wad manager 1.3

I am not, I was using the 4gig SD (non SDHC) card with 1.3 Wad manager. If thats just my problem may you all kick me in the ace.

I installed the IOS60 Patcher tut to the T. Should I try reinstalling it again? I watched everything and didn't get an error once.
