Hacking WAD manager error -1?

I've read here that its something to do with the SD card.. but ive tried several SD cards and all of them come up with "ERROR! ret = -1" When im trying to install a WAD... My folders are named correctly, "apps" and "wad" are all i have on there, should there be something else i have to put in there? I searched and could only find the error -1 to do with the USB loader... so if there IS a topic which can help me can you point me in the right direction? Thanks

Well ret -1 is a read error, wich means that for some reason, the wii can't read the file. Could be that you inserted the card wrong, or possibly a corrupted/bad WAD.
