Hacking WAD installing question

Is there any way to install wads over an internet connection? Kind of like how you can boot up apps on your Wii, only you install wads instead. My USB on my laptop isn't working and I dont have SD slots.

You could use FTPii on the Wii and FTP from the PC to the Wii and upload them that way? Then you can save them to the SD\Wad folder and install the usual way.

I think someone needs to modify the source of Wad Manager 1.4 to:

Select wich IOS to use
Select Wi-Fi as a source too, just like MPlayer_CE does it with movies...!!
