Hacking Wad-Installed VC Games Not Recognized

I appologize if this has already been posted, but I did look and didn't see anything on it.

I just went on the Wii Shop Channel and all the VC Games I have installed are no longer appearing as 'downloaded'.
Before now, when I looked at one of my Installed VC Games on the Wii Shop Channel, its listing would be blue rather than the normal white and when instead of giving the price it would say 'downloaded'.

My guess is that the Wii Shop now checks whether you have actually downloaded the game from the shop and not whether the ticket is installed on the console. If they can check whether you have downloaded the game from the channel and whether its on your system...

The channel doesn't rely on tickets any more to decide whether you can download somethin'. It checks your purchases now.

Doesn't that mean they know when u have a VC game and haven't got it from the shop?
