ROM Hack VX Player/Decoder?

Has anyone seen or heard of anything of this nature? Especially a decoder/demuxer

In case you don't know, .VX files are movie files used in the bulk of DS games that have FMV in them.

They're encoded using the "ActImagine" codec.

Some of the emu's do a good line in playing them back (as part of a rom) but to the best of my knowledge there is no (de)muxer for vx files.

I know of no readily obtainable codec that can decode act imagine standards either aside from a few phones.
