Hacking VWii USB loaders do not detect flash drive correctly

I have a 32 GB flash drive that I use for Wii backups. Recently one of my family members pressed the format hard drive button when turning on the Wii U and it had been so long I had forgotten how I managed to get it to work.

After some research/trial and error it seems to be set up correctly

• Formatted to FAT32
• Games are placed in H:\WBFS\[GAMEID]\GAMEID.wbfs (wbf1 for split files)

However, when it is plugged into any Wii or Wii U the console reads it as 811 GB of RAW format.
Any idea what went wrong and how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
