Hacking vWii Softmodding Help

I used the LEGO Batman exploit for my vWii, but after the exploit I accidentally clicked exit instead of following the rest of the steps for backing up the system and installing homebrew. When I restarted the game to redo the exploit it says:

This installer cannot continue!

There is no usable or vulnerable IOS installed on this Wii.
Please note that we will not use fakesigned IOSes due to
security reasons.

Is there a way for me to continue through the steps or am I pretty much screwed from here?

Try using a different (new)sd card.(start completely over)
If that is impossible try deleting everything off the sd card and try again.
If that does not work then format sd card and try againfrom the beginning.
Remember to back up anything important on the sd card before you delete or reformat.

I formatted my SD card and redownloaded all the files to restart the process, but that message still remains. Is it because my vWii has already been patched from the first time I ran the exploit?

Try running syscheck 2.4 and post log

Do I need access to homebrew in order to run SysCheck because my vWii doesn't have the homebrew channel installed.

This is NOT the new Wii U homebrew launcher but the one compatible with the vWii.
