Hello everyone, first post!
This may already be common knowledge, but I thought I'd share my findings anyway.
I was having a world of trouble getting WiiFlow (or any USB loader working for that matter) for the longest time.
I had a 16GB Flash Drive attached to the front of my unit for WiiU storage purpose (front ports), and as it turns out, this prevented the USB loaders from finding my External HDD attached to the rear ports.
Once I shutdown the system, disconnected all USB storage, started up vWii, plugged in my HD ONLY, and launched WiiFlow, my game partitions were finally loaded.
Hope this helps someone out there.
