Hello guys !

I've found a little problem when i've put some games onto a fresh new HDD (the other one died), and I knew that before that, I've transferred my Wii saves (also hacked) onto my vWii.

However, after fixing some things through USB Loader GX (now loads all the games) and WiiFlow (Lite, cannot load all games idk why), I've seen that it did not load any saves from the NAND.

I know that I've had a SSBB save, but it couldn't load it. Same from Michael Jackson, The Experience and for New Super Mario Bros. Wii ! (pretty sure that all the games suffer from this)

How can I fix this ? Thanks in advance for any support given.

Hola. I have some questions for you:
1) Are you using the same ISO archive of the games, that u was using while playing in the original Nintendo Wii??
2) If you was playing those Wii games like SSBB and Michael Jackson with DVD, then the ISO image of the game can not match, and the save from the Nand will not work unless the ISO image is the same that the game you´ve been using on Wii.

iirc, saves can be loaded from emuNAND or from regular NAND. are you sure that saves are being read from the regular NAND? it's an option in usb loader gx. @Cyan will know. ;)

Settings > loader's settings > emuNAND Save :
- Disabled (read from NAND)
- partial (read from EmuNAND, doesn't need a full nand dump)
- full (read from emuNAND, needs a full nand dump, also affected by Miis on emuNAND)

EmuNAND Save affects only Wii disc based games, not channels or gamecube.

1) The WBFS files matches with the saves (Only Mario Kart Wii could load his save, all the rest could not see it, who knows ?)
2) Only MJ The Experience was a change (Special Edition instead of the normal one, reedition)

@Cyan , I've got no emuNAND, so it's Disabled.

that option could be enabled by mistake, the "partial" mode doesn't need an emuNAND. it's just a savegame redirection to SD or USB.
just be sure it's set to disabled.

Just checked, it's disabled :)

Just checked, Super Mario Galaxy works (save included), USB Loader GX sees that some games's got saves, but a lot of them were said to be "new" but it's an false info.

Super Monkey Ball has got the same treatment, save is on my vWii, but it shows everything's "new"

EDIT : Wait, something's weird going on. I've tried with CFG USBLoader, and this one actually could load my save just after the 1st game I've launched (Disney Princess lel).

Never mind, did not work for Pokemon Battle Revolution.

Wait, for Mario Party 9, something's wrong, he created 2 saves and something is different in the description. How can I verify which version of the game is the same ?

how did you transfer your old Wii saves to the vWii? SaveGame_Manager_GX I suppose?
did you run your games at least once and let them create new saves before transferring the old saves? you need to do that step for your old saves to work.
you said your "Wii saves (also hacked)" ? the saves were hacked? did they even work in the old Wii?

Nope, I used the "Wii Transfer" from the Wii Store. I've ran the games so they could create new saves. And when I've said "Wii saves (also hacked)", I wanted to talk about my Wii console, which was hacked also (4.3 Waninkoko). I can certify that they worked on the old Wii.

Here's a thing, I've had the games corresponding to their saves in another HDD, but this HDD died. Today I've got another HDD and I want to put the same games. However, and I don't understand why, the SAME games cannot load their ancient saves (from my other Wii, even Mario Party 9 created another save and... litterally have got another meaning (the save was saying "A game that is played at 4 !" and then I've got another one which says "An all new Mario Party game !" (mine is in French, but they played with the words because in French, 9 (neuf) also means new))

EDIT : I've just found what was the *quack*, the Game Region of the games weren't matching. And I thought all of my games were European, there was a "mix" of regions in my saves, and that's maybe why I've thought that game saves could not be loaded.
