Hacking vWii Homebrew and EULA Question

According to the Wii U Homebrew Situation and Faq, it seems like it is safe to update system and still be able to use potential Wii U Homebrew in the future. I am wondering that if I update Wii U System Firmware and agree to the new EULA, will that break vWii Homebrew and the possible upcoming Wii U Homebrew? Thoughts appreciated

As mentioned in the one FAQ question, it's unlikely to break the in-progress Wii U exploit for various reasons and vWii exploits work on every version.
