Hacking VSH menu not working after installing Infinity 2.0

After installing Infinity 2.0 on my PSP with CFW 6.61 PRO-C2, "PRO VSH MENU" doesn't appear when pressing "SELECT" on the XMB.

It's working. I don't know what I did wrong last time.

EDIT: I bought another used PSP, installed the latest OFW, then ARK-4, afterwards the cIPL Flasher and finally made the full flash install.

EDIT 2: I installed ARK-5 on the PSP. To do it, I used Chronoswitch Downgrader to install OFW 6.61 on the PSP, downloaded PSP's FasterARK (the full version), copied the "CustomIPL", "FasterARK" and "ARK_01234" folders to the PSP's microSD card, ran "FASTer ARK", ran "cIPL Flasher" (to make ARK-5 permanent) and then deleted "FASTer ARK" and "cIPL Flasher" from the PSP's microSD card.
