Hoopa has jest been released on powersaves, so many people have gotten their hands on one, like me, but not many people have gotten volcnion yet. I know many youtubers like pimpnite have saved wifi battles with pokemon like hoopa and volcanion, when you save and make a battle video public, it comes with a code, if people can get a code, they can use a battle simulater and battle with or agenst volcanion or hoopa!
