Hacking volume is dirty ?

EDIT: yes i've tried formating , yes i've tried using a different SDc card . no results

Update . for what ever reason it is now not letting me format anymore

This is likely a hardware failure of either the card or the reader. You could try putting the card in another reader to see if it formats there. If it still doesn't, you could try and use something like the panasonic SD format tool which might be able to salvage it.

If not, time to get a new card or RMA it.
