There was a minor bug when 1.0 was released. You must download it manually from GitHub, here.
Just FTP the VPK and install it from MolecularShell.

ive updated like that but now my molecular is using 0.9.5 and the standalone vitashell is showing 1.1 is taht normal?

Yep.
Next time a VitaShell update is released, both will be updated.

Or, you could copy the VitaShell files and overwrite Molecular Shell.

If you don't want to use the manual copy method to upgrade your molecularShell to 1.1, you can instead install standalone VitaShell 1.0 (https://github.com/TheOfficialFloW/VitaShell/releases/tag/1.00) via ftp. When you start VitaShell 1.0, it will give you the option to upgrade both standalone version and molecularShell to 1.1.
