I think the problem is this, instead of ur0:tai/vitacheat.skprx you need to do this, ur0:/vitacheat/vitacheat.skprx I had to do it this way for it to work for me. Give this a try and see?

Did you reboot the vita? ur0 is the internal memory, so even if you reformat the memcard, you'll still have the vitacheat.
But it's recommended to reboot the vita if you modified the config file.

I wish I could gain access to my sony memcard so I could check my config to perhaps upload it for you but it was used on vita with higher official firmware. Sony being cancer as usual.

Edit 2 : In game when I use vitacheat, cheat is selected (in blue by push square touch), I return on game ( by pushing cross touch) but I don't see any change.
I've tested on dbz boz and adventures of mana (EU and US version for each).
Which game can you advice me to test ?

Be certain that you use the cheats that match the correct version and check the cheats themselves as you may have to activate a code and then enter and exit an in game menu for changes to take place in the game.

At what address did you find the start of the Install Skill inventory? Mine keeps changing over and over (the results I've obtained only modify the on-screen info, but they don't actually change effects) and I'm beginning to think the game has multiple level pointers, probably more than 3.

for install skill inventory address . go to 'item disassembly' and search for your current QP address .. install kill adress just below that

Sounds like you need a pointer. HP probably shifts somewhere else after changing levels. Pointers are the least fun thing to hack. T.T I really hope finalcheat puts a pointer search in the next version.

Probably a nested pointer. Double click those other addresses and they'll open up a new level. Or, it maybe isn't a high enough offset.
