Here are some tips. I hope they will help you and others.
1.If you have bad contact or bad read/write from the adapter, it can cause the system to be deeply confused at boot because the "Vita Memory Card" it's referring to could have been the SD2Vita originally.
2.This happens when it cannot mount the microsd card. Repeat your formatting steps
3.Do not re-fromat
If you have the Enso logo, you should be fine, and the issue is only your config.txt not being configured properly. You can restore molecular shell by doing an install via the browser at the website and holding R. This will re-install molecular shell onto your sd2vita storage if it is mounted.
If that doesn't work for you, then your sd2vita plugin isn't functioning properly, or you might not have a valid SD card (my issue was that).
In which case, MTLkaku, the one designed for those without a vita memory card, might be the best bet for you.
Whatever you do, don't format your Vita SD card needlessly. You would lose all your data, and licenses. You don't need to do that, no matter what. Just hold L (I believe) to start Enso without plugins with your normal vita memory card inserted and SD2Vita removed. It should boot as before then.
4.Boot while pressing L button. If it recognises card, use molecular or vita shell to delete UX0/tai folder (make sure this is the Vita card). Not just the config file in the folder. The next time it boots it'll ignore the Vita memory card, look for ur0/tai and runs the gamesd plugin that mounts sd2vita to ux0.
If you cannot find molecular shell then use the browser to install it (go.henkaku.xyz)
5.Did you format to exfat after writing zzblank.img?
6.Do not do a re-format
