Hacking Vita SDK is out

Wololo announced that the PSVita SDK is out for Windows users to make nice Hombrew!

I'am not a programer ... so i dont know.
I only shared a new information because i think it is usefull.
So i realy couldn't be helpfull with making HB.
But here are many people who could making HB (and have) maybe you can ask them (it's a very helpfull comunity here!)
