Is there currently anyway to decrypt vita game updates downloaded from official server

Not mine ux0:/bgdl for me I'm talking files that were downloaded when going in the game and it promps you not already installed patches

Yeah I'm not sure about it either. I tried decrypting a nonpdrm included update by copying it to /patch/TITLEID and it gave me the same error.
The game I tried with was Gundam Breaker 3 cuz the update going around with the mai rip of this game is smaller than the latest pkg update. 1.3GB as opposed to like 2.5GB. I wanted to see what's in the larger one, but I guess vitashell won't let me.
