Every day I turn on my Vita and check the VitaDB app, I lament the fact that there is no...

...OpenGoal port
...Twilight Princess PC Port
...Sonic 06 port for Vita

Recompilations are probably too hard to squiggle on to a different architecture. No getting Xbox 360 games onto Vita without changing the game itself. But man, I would love to see more recomps/decomps ported to it, from GC/PS2, especially Jak since I think they would run better than the official HD collection.

- Dan the man is android armv7 , missing from the candidate list but should be doable

banjo kazooie (lighthouse) is next from rinne, done
hope for f-zero 64 and DK racing , smash bros with adhoc/netplay would be insane.

Diddy kong is next

The game is pretty unknown, but Blur Overdrive is a pretty neat candidate for porting to the PlayStation Vita. It uses ARMv6 and OpenGL GLES2.

To put it simply, it's basically an obviously unsuccessful attempt to bring Bizarre Creations' Blur racing game into smartphones, in the shape of a top-down racer. It was released in 2013 to iOS and Android and was developed by Marmalade Game Studio (formerly Ideaworks Game Studio, the same studio responsible for Call Of Duty: Black Ops - Zombies, which was much recently ported and improved for the PlayStation Vita).
Compared to its unsuccessful big brother, Blur Overdrive was not well received by players for many reasons, including, of course, microtransactions to purchase in-game currency (which nowadays is more than easily bypassable thanks to modded versions of the game files that give you a ton of in-game currency to spend). Other than that, plus the weird controls, Blur Overdrive is not a bad mobile game, and it does capture the essence of the Blur game on mobile devices very well.

I'm a huge fan of the trilogy of arcade racers from 2010 (moreso a fan of both Blur and ModNation), and I honestly think it'd be really funny and exciting to see a Blur game run natively on the console.
