Hacking Visual Boy Advance saves to DSTWO?

I have a DSTWO on its way in the mail right now, and I was wondering if I need to (and if so, how to) convert my VBA save files in order for them to work on my DSTWO. Specifcally, I put a lot of hours into my patched Mother 3 rom and I'd love to be able to finish it on my DS.


EDIT: So yeah, save states obviously don't transfer over, which isn't a big deal, because the manual save files do, which is good enough for me.
