Hardware Vista icons on XP

I was just wondering if there was an easy way to install all the vista icons so you can use them over the old XP ones.
I used to have Vista transformation pack but i uninstalled it. I still liked the icons though...
The icons for XP seem boring and I've gotten sick of them.
