Another thing i seemed to notice although i haven't confirmed it yet. I'm on vista since a couple weeks only but on XP, i often used the remote assistance to troubleshoot friends computer.

If i'm not mistaken, on home i can only be helped, i can't help others which sucks badly. If anyone can confirm or debunk this....

I believe this is a reflection of what I posted. They took out Remote Desktop Server from Home Premium, but it still has Remote Desktop Client. Only Ultimate and Business has the Server enabled. Before SP1, people had a work around by injecting a modified Terminal Service file, but SP1 locked it down.

Aha, I'd never pay for Vista. I only got Ultimate x64 so I have a 64-bit OS (runs the newest Dolphin beta - GameCube emulator), and I could have a gander into DirectX10. Apart from the fact it comes free with Media Center, I hated it. Getting drivers was the biggest nightmare, especially when there's no driver for your USB Wi-Fi stick. To be honest it's perfectly functional on any decent PC, I've just used XP for years, so I prefer XP.
