virtual console an emulator?

    is virtual console an emulator and if it is why doesn't someone copy it from the wii firmware so we can use it to play roms

    people is already using the built in Emu from the VC, its what called injecting a Rom into a VC Game

    VC uses emulators designed to run only certain games. So injections are hit and miss.

    It also currently lacks support for many special chips or add-ons. This is why games like Majora's Mask don't work.

    Nobody knows who does the actual programming, since credit isn't given.
