Homebrew Virtual Boy Emulator ft. Wario?

Is there for 3ds a Virtual Boy Emulatot to play Wario Land in Full speed with sound? I wanna play this game on a console and heard about a 3ds VB Emulator but is it playable on it ?

The answer is nope. You need a more powerful machine to run Virtual Boy emulation. The Wii has an emulator that runs it at "full speed" but it uses frameskip so a 60 FPS game becomes a 30 FPS game instead. There are no 3DS Virtual Boy emulators that reach this "frameskip full speed", because most of them are either too slow or don't have frameskip. Wii U can run it at full speed with Retroarch's Mefnafen VB core. Your PC is probably good enough to run any VB emulator.
