Just as a heads up though, in CMD instead of typing in "CD" to navigate to the folder why dont you go to the folder your exploit is in and where the address bar is at the top, delete everything there and type CMD and hit enter - This will open CMD in the correct folder already

Alternatively just shift + right click on some empty space in the folder and click start CMD here.

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but this is a tutorial for self hosting, so all the previous steps other than putting the files on your SD card you won't have to worry about if you use a site hosting the exploit like wiiubru (or something like that), is that correct?

Honestly i couldnt get any of the other sites working. This was the only way for me. You can try it of course. This was just the easiest and most stable way that ive found.

But supposedly if you just add the homebrew and loadiine on the apps folder then you should be fine. You just have to find a working website with the kexploit10 for 5.5.X

Holy shit, I never knew about this! all these years I've been typing "cd C:\a\b\c\..." and hating myself for properly naming my files. Thank you so much!

You're welcome, It also works with powershell (The typing Powershell in the address bar at the top)

I only learnt about this recently too and realised how much time it saved me

Im getting an error at loading the Homebrew launcher it says "fsgetmount ERROR".
I just replaced the Haxserver.jar with the EU file

From what I understand it means it's an SD card issue. Have you tried reformatting the SD card to FAT32 and testing again?

You're my hero... I didn't actually know that shift + right click trick to auto open the command window in the right directory either. This will make future Wii U dumps far easier!

I kept getting this and the error code didn't code didn't help me. Sorry I can't help on this one.

It's like it's trying to load the exploit from the data folder. Might be worth deleting everything and trying again.

In regards to the Wii-U browser error, clear cookies, browsing history etc

Hmm its loading the exploit. Make sure you clear all cookies and hes right your browser history on your wii u and retry the kexploit.

If it fails again,
1. delete the kexploit file and redownload everything.
2. Uninstall java. Make sure you turn your pc off after you uninstall it.
3. Use ccleaner to clear your registery. (Optional)
4. Install java, reset the pc afterwards.
5. Put the exploit back with the eu file. Clear all cookies on the wii u and try it again.


Let me know if this works. If not i will find another EU kernal exploit.
