I know, "don't watch any tutorial videos." "It's outdated", but if it works, it's good right?
I'm only doing this, like I've always done with my tutorial videos which I've shared here before, for those people who aren't that "text tutorial" type of people.

Well the problem is they DON'T work when they become outdated; which depending on the nature of the video can be hours, days or even weeks. You YouTube guys should at the VERY least delete them from your channel when that happens. Otherwise it's always a cycle. People find the video a year(s) later, it doesn't work (especially when they include a .zip of outdated files instead of repo links like they should) and they come here with, "I followed this and now I'm bricked. HELP!" End the cycle, stop making *HaX* video tutorials unless you're going to direct people where they can find current info after XX amount of time.
