Oh wait, I'm subjective. There's no such think as best slot 1 cart, it all depends on what you need.

I don't need an amazing build quality, cheats and realtimesave. I do need a nice GUI, SDHC-support and firmware support -> Acekard 2

But the overwhelming consensus seems to be that the CycloDS is the best, although you'll be shelling out more than most other cards for it. Maybe the M3 Real once they finally come out with an official version of Sakura...
