Hello,

So I am trying to update my Atmosphere version to 1.5.5 and Hekate to 6.0.6. I have already updated the OFW, and it seems that I always run into an issue when updating the CFW despite reading multiple guides. I got the files that I needed from the sdsetup pack, but now it tells me my emuMCC is disabled, and am wondering if I need to create another emuMCC. Even though I already have CFW installed. I don't know exactly if I have any missing files or folders, so I will link some pictures of my Hekate menu and Switch SD card. Some other software was on my card before attempting to update, but I guess it's gone now, and I will have to put it on the card once more. Hopefully, I will finally understand this process and won't run into more errors. Any help would be appreciated!

Try another pack like sthetix HATS.

Unless you really know what they have and what to do with it, avoid prepacked packages. for updating CFW you need to update on your sd card with your console turn off or in Hekate UMS:

You gave the soundest advice in this thread, @impeeza . People should really learn how to properly set up their CFW, by doing it manually. It might seem scary at first, but once everything is done and working, it's much more rewarding than unzipping a prepacked content on the SD card and then crossing your fingers hoping that it works.

Where am I able to get that?

HATS never failed me.
Just drag and drop files onto your MicroSD and rewrite old files.

And if you updated EmuNAND, make sure to re-enable it from Hekate and auto run to avoid using SysNAND by mistake.
Ok. So that should take care of the disabled I see in the menu?
