Hacking Version 3.5.2 PCH-2001 (Slim) PS Vita, any options or am i SOL?

Haven't updated this shit since a while back and was wondering if i have any options concerning homebrew/''hacking'' the system? I seen a similar thread to this but my version is slightly different so i am making this thread.

Is this when you attempt to send the email? (I've never come across something like this, because I personally don't use Vita Email Hacker to send my emails)

Yup, maybe I need to update my .net framework, lemme try that and i'll report back.

Got past that, anyways I have did everything it says to do up until the error you're supposed to get, is ''the file is not compatible with this system'' basically the thing I should be seeing?

try another OS, or a clean install with net framework and all only installed.
