This is a really old thread. The last post (before yours) was nearly a year ago.
I'm not sure if you mean the "fake-killer" firmware or the hacked version that disables the fake-killer code, but both are already out. Obviously, the official firmware contains fake-killer code, but there is a hacked version of that firmware that disables the fake-killer code allowing it to run on fakes without any problems.
