VBA GX with Wii U Pro Controller??

Hi everyone,
I have from my old Nintendo Wii U the pro Controller here and playing on my Wii VBA Gx. Now I see the option for it and I wanna ask how can I use the Controller on my homebrew?

Latest VBA-GX supports the Wii U Pro Controller but you'll need to launch the homebrew app from the Wii U Menu, then you can connect the WUPC and you can use VBA-GX with the WUPC.

you dont need to star aps from wiiu menu to use wiiu pro controller, that is for wiiu gamepad support.

wiiupro controller even works on original wiis, all you need is the controller synced and pressling butoons when inside the apps to play.

This is true as I've used the pro controller after selecting a game in Nintendont via USB loader gx.

Well, thanks for this explanation, i didn't even know that WUPC works on original Wii too.

Just do this: sync the WUPC to your Wii/Wii U when on VBA-GX, then you can use it.

you need to sync to the wiiu menu on wiiu or wii menu on the wii, then just activate it inside vba, you cant sync controllers inside homebrew apps only on wii/wiiu menu. on wiiu if its synced to wiiu menu its already synced to vwii as well.

for some reason i can navigate with the pro controller but can't set buttons in the mapping menu and the controller doesn't work in game the way it does in other emulators

The controller works in the menu but not in button mapping or in game. Is there something I might be doing wrong? It works in all other gx emulators.
