Hacking Various Channel Wads for Apps

this is a real cool idea... great work friend

just a suggestion... can you provide/publish, if you have time of course, WAD (not just forwarder) for official waninkoko usb loader?? this will help a lot because for example I just placed a couple of days ago ALL the folders & files needed for official waninkoko usb loader, but as you know many other wad want/need different paths & this is very annoying, I don't want to change/move them very time a new WAD comes out

well, the 1.4 ones are the official Wanikoko usb loaders, I am assuming you mean the older versions. Sure, I can definitely do that, not a problem. I would love for someone to fix the deletion bug in all versions though. I would but, coding is not my expertise sadly.

Also, sorry everyone for the delay on teh GC backup loader channel, I am racking my brain as to what logo/design to use... I think I have one now, but I'm toying with it.

UPDATE-
April 14, 2009~PAL Versions of the SNES wads are up! (banner is a little different). GC Launcher one will be up later today.

_____I also noticed many people asking how to make wads, I have this to say to them. It takes alot of trial and error to learn, and be prepared to brick you wii many times because of it. If you still want to pursue it, then make sure you have a way to recover from a banner brick.__________________

lol. They will work for any region. I mean it has the PAL version of the SNES for its icon.

I have some spare time today, so I'm kicking around the idea of making animated versions as well (I would still like to keep the same basic look however)

I really love your channels, but since these emulators get updated very frequent it would be less of a haggle to just create forwarder channels. Then you wouldn't need to update them every time they get updated. And I just like having the latest releases. I'll grab them if you get some forwarders. Awesome work.

Eh, i hate running my apps off SD cards, so it probably not going to happen. Besides, you could always just inject the newest version into one of my wads.

He's right i've downloaded his channels and love em, just update the .dol with wadder its easy. Plus troy's icons and such rule...!!

lol, thanks. I'm actually tinkering with some animated ones, but i'll only release em if I can keep the look of the old ones.

I am still a ways from implementing my old template into animated wads, but I am now 1 step closer. I am hoping to have at least 1 animated one up by the end of today.

Too bad you dislike running applications off your SD, cba to inject new versions all the time. Maybe someone else is crazy enough to do so, otherwise I'll have to catch up and try to make my own (my system is safe ^^). Good luck with further improvements of your channels.

Are you making channels for all the wii apps? Is it only the apps? Are you going to make some wii game channels like wiiphysics ,portii ,uno, all those games? And no I'm not requesting Im just asking if your going to make some game channels.

it crashes when you try to exit, because the emulators tries to exit to the loader by default. go to settings and activate "exit to system menu" instead of "exit to loader" and it should work. worked for me that way.

Lets put it this way. I want to make as many channels as I can for as many apps/games I can, I enjoy making em. That's why I take requests.

Oh, and I might be redoing em all animated (Just the channel icons/logo, not the banner, I want to keep the style)
