I'm just going to go ahead and reinstall what I had. my version is too high obviously, just barely. I've got some instructions or rather order to install everything.

I think I got it. I had to sign in first, now it shows premium.
I managed to patch youtube instead, thanks to @Glyptofane . I didn't realize you had to apply the patches to the apk first, then install. I thought you had to patch the already installed youtube. thanks everyone.
The fork of NewPipe for NewPipe + SponsorBlock is my current replacement. It doesn't sign into my Google account so it's not the same as Vanced, but it suffices.
I have only had an active phone for about 2 weeks and most of that has been sitting on charge but I have put some time in on it at night.
During that I have been enjoying newpipe sponsorblock mod.
Can add channels to a list, search for videos, new videos goes out and grabs all new content (options for subsets as well if you have multiple lines of interest) rather than whatever youtube is putting the thumb onto. Dodges adults only blocks. Has a nice playlist option. Up to 3x normal speed playback, reasonable usage, plays in background for free, no adverts, sponsorblock is a bit iffy but works well enough. Download options that I have mostly used to add some music (can be audio only if you want).
In some ways that is better than I have things for the PC. Only trouble I have been having is livestreams left as livestreams (some owners will move livestreams from main channel to secondary channels rather than mess with metrics or whatever) are visible but normal ones are not. Suggested videos are also basically a blank account as well so if you rely on that to find new stuff then might be harder.
I still use YouTube Vanced, but a good alternative is NewPipe. You can use popup and background, and you can also downloaded the videos as both video and audio files, with different extension and kbs. Its down size is that you can't log in into your Google account, all you can do is transfer your subscription list to it, there's a whole process that NewPipe has a how-to guide. Without any ads, of course. You can also use Soundcloud and other platforms, but i only use YouTube so i don't know how well those works.
It still works, i'm using it right now, but it's slowly losing its proper functions. I can no longer log in my Google account on it, and some other people does too. Without mentioning that an application without developers taking care of it it'll lose its security, so it'll be unsafe to use it at somepoint.

I couldn't log into YouTube Vanced, it said that there's a connection problem, now i have the exactly same problem with Revanced. It could be because Revanced seems to use the exact same MicroG as YouTube Vanced.
Do anyone here know what i could do to solve this?
