Yes.
Get it along with the game through Wii U USB Helper and install both with WUP Installer GX2 (get that on wiiubru.com).

if you wish to download wii u games you have to input both urls.
What url?

Quite an awesome asking to download update also. For the update, use same method as using to install game?
Yep. Let Wii U USB Helper copy your stuff to SD via the included "to SD" button.
If you do it by hand be sure to have it like this:
SD:\install\zelda botw\
SD:\install\zelda botw update\
Inside those two folders are the app and h3 files alongside the tik. Rename the folders to what you want. You can also do something like:
SD:\install\step1\
SD:\install\step2\

Does anyone know if there is a PC program that can install Wii U games onto a Wii U Formatted Hard Drive? Or is that even possible right now?

Are you on 5.5.1? There's no newer update yet so you should be safe.
Also the update message on first launch is alright. The update data will be "applied" to the game. Nothing bad. Just go for it.

Just a bug report. The GUI is completely borked when using any DPI greater than 100% on Win10. Would appreciate a fix if possible.

I'm trying to use Uwizard on Mac, but the download wont show up. Do I need to dump the game, or is there a download for the 1.1.6 dump?

So need some guidance here. Download something with USB Helper. Point UWizard to that folder that the game is sitting in? When I do this, UWizard does nothing. What file is UWizard looking for?
