It's your connection. Your ISP probably caps your Torrent speed down to almost nothing, as torrents have been a major source of heavy bandwidth usage.

As for your Xbox, well, that's probably your connection as well.

Try toning down your upload speed in uTorrent. For some ISPs, upload bandwidth is quite low (perhaps around 20 KB/s)

Anyway, the nature of Torrents are to eat up all that bandwidth to share with others... but, without any upload bandwidth for yourself, you can't communicate with the Internet at a normal rate. I usually cut my upload speed in half, or 3/4 during the daytime and have the scheduler set at 2am, or so, to run at full speed.

If that isn't the problem, perhaps you have too many connections open at the same time (per torrent).

Thats the case with most of the people.
But he is experiencing slow downs when he uses X-Box live too, thats because of the bandwidth.
