I got the code.bin from my cartridge but it doesn't seem to work the same way.

1. What patches are you using? Use fewer patches. Pick them out one by one until you figure out which one, if any, is causing it, then report back if removing a certain one fixed it. If every last one of them caused the black screen, please move along to the next possible solution.
   
2. Reinstall the game. You can back up your save with JKSM/Checkpoint so you don't lose progress. If you aren't using a legit copy, try from a different source.

Only saying the result and asking for help doesn't say anything about how you got to this point, and not telling us anything (meaning nobody can replicate your process) makes it nearly impossible to help you.

you can do it by yourself if interested.
